Mr. Jacobson is responsible for managing Cal Events' overall operations, the PrintFest and DLexpo events, and for new business development. Chris practically grew up on the trade show floor and has over 20 years of direct, hands-on experience in all aspects of trade show and conference management including sales, marketing, operations, registration, administration, business development and strategic planning. He has held every existing position a trade show management or publishing company has to offer and even wrote his own successful custom registration and database management software packages. From 1993-1999, Chris owned and managed "Gutenberg Festival," a 900-booth trade show and conference -- the largest regional printing show in the western United States. Chris serves on several advisory boards in the printing and trade show industries.
